During installation, if you encounter an error or a blank page, it's likely due to an incorrect 
PHP version or missing PHP extensions on your server. Please verify these settings and take appropriate action.

However, if you have the correct PHP version installed along with all the required extensions, 
navigate to the directory where you uploaded the files on your server. 
Locate a file named ".env" (if it's not visible, enable the option to view hidden files in your cPanel settings).

Open the .env file and locate the following lines:

APP_ENV=
APP_DEBUG = 

Modify the values to appear as follows:

APP_ENV=development 
APP_DEBUG=true
 

Save the changes and restart the installation process in your browser. This time, instead of 
encountering an error page, you should see a different page. Capture a screenshot of this page 
and send it, along with detailed information about the issue and your purchase code, 
to support@microelephant.io. To expedite the resolution of your problem, please provide 
login credentials to your cPanel.
